Meiji Shrine

I was in Meiji Shrine(明治神宮) only a few days ago.

Meiji Shrine is located Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku.

I went to there by train via Yoyogi station, and the Shrine is near the station.

At New Year's Day many Japanese near Kanto region visit this shrine.

When I visited there, over half of visitors are foreigners.

So there seems to be a famous sightseeing in Tokyo.

I recommend you to go there if you're not particular about your religion.

Comic Market 87

At the end of last year, I went to Tokyo Big Sight(東京ビッグサイト) to participate in Comic Market 87(Comiket, コミックマーケット) for the first time.

Comic Market is a dojinshi fair held twice a year in Tokyo. Dojinshi is the meaning of  self-publishing work, usually manga, music, novel etc.

I finished to read the book Otaku: Japan's Database Animals written by Hiroki Azuma, a Japanese thinker recently.

Shinjuku

I was in Shinjuku(新宿) to see a movie, Frozen(アナと雪の女王), some time ago.

It was awesome!

It was very beautiful film and the songs were very impressive.

Tokyo Gaikan Expressway

Today, I visited my grandfather's and grandmother's grave by car.

This is a picture of Tokyo Gaikan Expressway(東京外環自動車道) that I went through today.

It was crowded.

Gokkun-Umajimura

Hi!

I drank Gokkun-Umajimura(ごっくん馬路村) after dinner.

This seems to be a famous drink in Kōchi Prefecture.

It was very nice!

It includes yuzu(a kind of citrus fruit) and honey, so tastes sweet-and-sour.


When I visited Shikoku before, I drank this once.


I want to visit Shikoku again...

My first time to attend a trial

Day before yesterday, I went to the Tokyo District Court(東京地方裁判所) in Kasumigaseki(霞ヶ関) to attend the trial.

This was my first time to do it.

It was shocking experience!

I watched three trial.

Phone fraud, possession of cocaine, and violation of the Road Traffic Law.

These crimes often occur in Japan nowadays.

How about your country?


I only hope that the accused live legally in the future...
